COLE LYONS / FOUNDER

A systems perspective.
Personal accountability.

Access Red Team is a founder-led patient-access testing practice. Cole leads the relationship from the first scoping conversation through the evidence handoff.

Start with the system people depend on.

Cole describes his background in healthcare systems engineering, patient-access quality management, operational measurement and publishing on his professional site. His writing examines how authority, connected software and recovery shape the patient’s actual access to care.

Read Cole’s professional chronology and linked records. That owner-published background is context for this practice; it is not a claim of a security certification or evidence of completed Access Red Team customer assessments.

Read the thinking. Inspect the method.

In Agentic AI Red Teaming for Patient Access, Cole argues for following delegated intent into operational effects. The article distinguishes historical delegation research, product capabilities and reported incidents from directly tested healthcare AI workflows.

The assessment translates that perspective into agreed rules and observable evidence. Its synthetic sample is an explanation of the work product, not a case study. Current public evidence does not establish that most hospitals have exploitable patient-access workflows.

Know who is responsible before work begins.

Your proposal identifies who performs the work, the contracting party, any specialist or subcontractor roles, relevant affiliations, evidence processors and customer responsibilities. Independence and potential conflicts are addressed for the specific engagement.

Request the supplier information you need during scoping: personnel background, evidence-handling arrangements, insurance documentation where available and any required agreements. We do not imply certification, insurance coverage or business-associate readiness without the corresponding documentation.

Direct customer access to Cole.

Cole is available around the clock for customer concerns. The agreed contact route and engagement define how urgent issues are acknowledged and handled. Inquiry receipt, a human acknowledgment and technical response are separate steps.

Use the public form for business contact details only. Existing customers should use their agreed escalation channel for urgent concerns and protected evidence.
